Baked Eggs
Creamy, savory, and full of flavor — the perfect oven-baked breakfast with tomatoes and feta!

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil or parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: a pinch of chili flakes for a mild heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Grease small oven-safe ramekins or a baking dish with olive oil.
- Divide cherry tomatoes and feta cheese evenly into the ramekins.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
- Bake for about 10–12 minutes, until the egg whites are set and yolks are still slightly runny.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
