Egg with Tortilla

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tortilla (wheat or corn)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers or tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs or chili flakes for extra flavor
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan and pour in the eggs. Cook gently, stirring until soft and fluffy.
- Add cheese and vegetables, mix slightly, and remove from heat.
- Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for about 20 seconds on each side.
- Place the egg mixture in the center of the tortilla and fold or roll it up.
- Slice in half and serve immediately — perfect for a quick meal!
