Omelette with Ham and Peppers
A fluffy, colorful omelette filled with diced ham and bell peppers — quick, easy, and full of flavor!

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk or water
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (red or yellow)
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated cheese or fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced ham and peppers, sauté for 1–2 minutes until softened.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook gently without stirring for a few seconds.
- Using a spatula, gently lift the edges so uncooked egg can flow underneath.
- When mostly set, fold the omelette in half and cook another 30 seconds until golden.
- Serve warm, topped with cheese or herbs if desired.
