Soft-Boiled Eggs
Deliciously tender whites and silky, creamy yolks — soft-boiled perfection every time.

Ingredients
- 2–4 large eggs
- Water (enough to cover eggs by 2–3 cm)
- Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
- Optional: toast slices for serving
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
- Lower the eggs carefully into the water using a spoon.
- Set your Egg Timer and cook for 6–7 minutes for soft yolks, or up to 8 minutes for slightly firmer ones.
- Remove the eggs and immediately place them in ice-cold water for 1–2 minutes to stop the cooking process.
- Gently tap and peel the eggs under running water.
- Serve warm with a pinch of salt and pepper or over toasted bread.
