Toasts with Spinach and Fried Eggs
Quick, healthy, and packed with protein – perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan or feta cheese
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a small pan, heat olive oil and sauté spinach for about 1 minute until wilted. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In another pan, fry the eggs to your preferred doneness (use our Egg Timer to get it just right!).
- Place sautéed spinach on top of the toast, then add the fried eggs.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan or feta if desired and serve warm.
💡 Tip: Add a few slices of avocado or cherry tomatoes on top for an extra color and flavor boost!
