  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. In a small pan, heat olive oil and sauté spinach for about 1 minute until wilted. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. In another pan, fry the eggs to your preferred doneness (use our Egg Timer to get it just right!).
  4. Place sautéed spinach on top of the toast, then add the fried eggs.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan or feta if desired and serve warm.
💡 Tip: Add a few slices of avocado or cherry tomatoes on top for an extra color and flavor boost!
